This Privacy Policy applies to the use of "Super Services" which refers to any websites, games, applications, software or any other products or services developed or operated by us.

At Super Versus we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We comply with all applicable privacy laws. We have designed this policy to help you understand the kind of information we are collecting and what we do with it. When you use Super Services, we collect, use and share some information about you and your activities. Generally this information is collected in three ways. Generally we use your information to run, provide, maintain and improve Super Services as well as to communicate with you. In majority of cases, processing of your information is justified on the following basis:

To comply with legal obligations
For example, we may process your information to comply with mandatory disclosures to law enforcement or applicable laws such as Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

To perform an agreement with you
Processing of information is necessary to enter into an agreement with you at your request. This allows you to participate in interactive features of Super Services when you choose to do so.

On the basis of your consent
Sometimes we may ask for your consent to process information for specific reasons. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via the Contact Information section of this policy below. However, keep in mind withdrawing your consent may result in us no longer being able to provide parts of Super Services to you.

For our legitimate interests
We may process your information where we have legitimate interests to do so. Such interests include analyzing your behavior to improve Super Services, performing administrative tasks, fraud prevention, debugging, customer support, or contacting you with offers we think might interest you.

4. How we share your information

Some information such as nickname/username, avatar image, player statistics or game and match replays are shared with other users in cases where you encounter them or if they search for it. We allow third parties such as cloud computing providers, payment providers or other business partners access to some information for the purposes of storage, support, management, analytics, etc.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale or reorganisation we may transfer your information to the involved third party. Any third party to which we sell or transfer our assets to will have the right to continue to use your information in the manner set out in this policy.

5. How and where we store your information

We store your information on Amazon Web Services (AWS) databases within the USA where possible. We may also replicate the databases in other countries to reduce latency when using Super Services. Third parties we use may store information elsewhere.

6. How we keep your information safe

We make sure all sensitive information you send us when using Super Services is encrypted in transit. On our websites, encryption is achieved by the use of SSL/TLS. For our games and software we're mostly using a custom UDP based protocol we've built specifically for Super Services. Encryption on this protocol is achieved by exchanging keys via RSA and then encrypting the data with AES.

To make sure information we store is kept secure, we use industry standard practices and procedures. If you have registered an account, some information can be accessed via your login credentials, so please keep those safe. However since no system can be completely secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

7. How long do we keep your information for

Generally we remove your information as soon as the purpose of collecting it is achieved. In order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse or enforce this policy or any other agreement, we may retain some information longer even after we have ceased providing Super Services to you.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers reside in several regions and countries, and as such your information may be transferred internationally for the purpose of replication or to provide a good quality of service. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in such cases.

When we transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure that your information receives the same level of protection as if it remained within the EU. This includes standard data protection clauses adopted by a data protection regulator and approved by the European Commission, obtaining your explicit consent, or relying on certification schemes such as the EU – US Privacy Shield. 9. Third Party Disclosure

Super Services may contain links to, or enable you to use third party services which may have their own privacy policies. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party services and your use of these is at your own risk. We encourage you to review privacy policies of any third party services you use before providing them with any personal information.

10. Cookie policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to store information including your preferences, and the pages on the website that the you have accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the your experience by customizing our web page content based on your browser type and/or other information.

Most browsers will allow you to disable or erase cookies from your device, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. You should refer to your browser instructions or “Help” screen to learn more about how to manage cookies. Please note, however, that if you block cookies, some portions of Super Services may not function properly.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Super Services, which are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that Super Versus has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

11. Children's privacy

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Super Versus does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 in the U.S., or under the age of 16 in Europe depending on the country where you reside without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We also process information in accordance with appropriate legislation in the European Union when relevant which includes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Super Versus is the data controller under EU data protection legislation for personal information contained in this Privacy Policy.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have certain rights concerning your information subject to limitations in applicable law. We may use automated decision making in processing your information for Super Services. To make a request concerning your rights or if you have questions see the Contact Information section below.

If you live in the EU you may be subject to GDPR and as such you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information we possess, you have the right to ask us to rectify or correct your information, and request us to delete any data from our servers. We make reasonable efforts to respond to all request from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights, but we may decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, are disproportionate, infringe the privacy of others or as otherwise permitted by law.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to receive information identifying any third party company to whom we may have disclosed, and a description of the categories of personal information disclosed subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to obtain such information, please contact us, however keep in mind we may choose not to provide you with this information, and instead remove all your information from our servers which would render parts of Super Services unavailable to you.

This policy may be updated at our discretion at any time to reflect changes in our information practices or relevant laws. When we update the Policy, we will also update the date on top stating when the Policy were last updated. Please review it every time you use Super Services to make sure you have agreed to the latest version.
